Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?
No. Many clients come to me before a formal diagnosis — they've been told things are heading in the wrong direction and want to act before it gets worse.
Do sessions take place online or in person?
Both. My programmes are blended — a mix of online and in-person sessions depending on the programme you choose and what works for you.
Will I need to follow a strict diet?
No. I don't do extreme diets. We build simple, realistic eating habits that fit your life — ones you can actually keep up without relying on willpower.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients start to feel more in control and notice real changes within the first few weeks. Lasting results take longer — that's why the programmes run for 12–20 weeks.
Do you work with younger people too?
